Our pallet grade plywood is a rough and ready option for heavy-duty non-structural uses where looks don’t matter – but strength still does.
Made from radiata pine right here in NZ, this ply is commonly used for non-structural packaging, pallets, ground cover, crates, and boxing where a cost-effective but tough sheet is needed.
This budget friendly ply is un-sanded, and often includes imperfections like knots, patches, glue bleed, bond issues, discolouration, or even the occasional out-of-square sheet. These sheets don’t carry a structural rating – so it’s not for jobs where appearance or compliance matters. But if you’re after a cheap sheet that can take a knock or two, this is it.
Typical uses:
Pallets and non-structural packaging.
Crates and export boxes.
Concrete formwork (where finish isn’t important).
Temporary ground covering or protection.
Workshop shelving, bracing, or boxing.
General industrial use.
