Strongcrete Fast Setting Pot Hole Mix is designed for no mixing, fast and simple repairs to potholes and breaks in driveways, roadways, tracks and footpaths.  This mix is complete with special additives that will give a minimum strength of 30mpa in 28 days.

IMPORTANT

Do not mix in wheelbarrow or concrete mixer.  Simply pour directly into the pothole.

Instructions

• Remove loose material from around edge of pothole or break.
• Fill one half of the pothole with water, thoroughly wetting the rim of the pothole or break.
• Slowly pour Fast Setting Pothole Mix into hole to fill ensuring that the water does not flow over the edge of the pothole.  Do not mix.
• Screed off.
• Sprinkle top with water.
• Screed off if required.

Note: Too much or too little water will affect the final strength of the application.  Allow 30 minutes before driving on repaired pothole.

Usage Guide

1 bag = .0164m3
As an example one bag will fill a hole 320mm diameter x 200mm depth, or a hole 450mm diameter x 100mm depth.
Recommended minimum pothole depth is 25mm.

Safety

Avoid excessive skin contact, eye contact and swallowing.

• All freshly mixed concrete or mortar may cause skin irritations including, alkaline burning and dermatitis.
• Avoid contact with the skin by wearing suitable clothing and gloves.
• In the event of contact with skin or eyes rinse thoroughly with water.
• If swallowed drink 1-2 glasses of water.
• If irritation persists seek medical advice.
